Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how UCashier handles information about you and your end users when we provide the website, merchant dashboard, cashier and open APIs. Using the Service means you understand and agree to this processing. We serve merchants; this is not a consumer social or wallet app.

1. Information we process

Depending on the features you use, we may process:

  • Account data: login identifier, merchant name, contacts and dashboard roles.
  • Credentials and settings: appId, receiving addresses, callback URLs, fees and permission flags (you hold secrets; we store what is required under our controls).
  • Transaction data: merchant order numbers, amounts, assets, networks, status, on-chain references, payout destinations and notify logs.
  • Technical logs: IP, device or browser type, timestamps and error codes for security and debugging.
  • Materials or tickets you submit.

When a payer opens the cashier we may also log technical data needed to serve that page. We do not open the payer’s wallet or exchange account.

2. Purposes

  • Open and maintain merchant accounts; provide collection, payout, query, callback and dashboard matching of inbound transfers.
  • Verify signatures, reduce collision and abuse, and flag risky source addresses for you.
  • Billing, reconciliation, support and incident response.
  • Meet applicable law or lawful requests from competent authorities.
  • Improve reliability and documentation where you consent or law allows.

3. Sharing

We do not sell merchant profiles. We share only what is needed: infrastructure and node providers that run the Service; data you broadcast to a public blockchain (which is public once confirmed); order results we POST to the notify URL you set; disclosures required by law or to protect rights; and other cases with your prior consent.

4. Retention and security

We keep transaction and log data only as long as needed for performance, reconciliation, disputes and legal duties, then delete or anonymise it unless a longer period is required. We use access control and transport protection consistent with industry practice, but no system is guaranteed intrusion-proof. Confirmed chain data cannot be erased from the ledger.

5. Cookies and local storage

This site uses localStorage to remember your language (key ucashier-lang). English is the main site language and uses URLs without a language prefix. Simplified Chinese is under /zh-cn/, and Traditional Chinese is under /zh-tw/. After you choose a language, the next visit opens that URL. Docs nav collapse uses sessionStorage. These are UI preferences, not advertising profiles. You can clear site data in the browser.

6. Cross-border processing

Servers, logs or support staff may sit outside your jurisdiction. Using the Service includes consent to transfers needed to provide it. Sub-processors may handle information only on our instructions.

7. Your rights

Where applicable law gives you rights, you may access or correct merchant profile data, or ask us to delete personal data that is no longer needed. Some records must stay for accounting or compliance. Use the footer contact channels; we may need to verify you as the merchant.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children. If you integrate for an organisation, operators must meet local age and authority requirements.

9. Updates and contact

We may update this Policy on this page and change the date above. We will try to flag material changes in the dashboard or on the site. Continued use is acceptance. Questions: use the contact channels in the footer.
